Next he made the adapter out of wood and now he his going to cast 10 or more. I'm not sure on the price. But once they are ready I'll let you all know and PAypal will be the only choice. The machinist said he can build them cheap, but in order to get his attention I told him that tb spacers were going for 100.00 and he said that's too much so we shale see! For anyone interested send ma a PM and I'll send you my number. Send me a text and I'll send the paypal info. Once ready!
Put me down for one. How soon?

So I had to try this as it's killing me to get this new built motor up and running. I did the rewire matching the truck LS6 and LS4 wiring to proper terminals. Same here, reduced engine power flashing on dash. I then took each throttle body hooked it up to the car and referenced the voltage with key in run position (motor not running) and found that all voltages matched pretty close, except for the following:

LS4 A Terminal volts TP Sensor 1 - 3.58v throttle closed and decreases as throttle blade is moved.
LS6 G Terminal volts TP Sensor 1 - 1.21v throttle closed and increases as throttle blade is moved.

I'm no electronics engineer, but the TP Sensor 1 difference must be the issue as it's a huge voltage difference and works opposite on each tbody.

TP Sensor 2 - this functioned the same on both throttle bodies. 1.44v closed on LS4 and increased as blade opened and 1.22v on LS6 and increased as blade opened.

So, I am waiting for someone to make an adapter.

If I didn't have to work this weekend then I'm sure I could get it going. I'm so sorry you guys have to wait on me, and I wish we have made more. My only other issue is that I need to extend my fuel line in order to run the LS6 fuel rail. Unless, I do aftermarket rails. Again I would need to get my intake up and running before Ron will even attempt to commit.

I've never torn into a throttle body, so bear with me, but..
1. would it be possible to find this sensor in the TB and swap sensors?
2. Are there any extra unused pins at the connector that do provide the reciprocal voltage?
3. can the sensor be rewired (is there a third unused pin on the sensor)
