Hey everyone I just bought this 2006 GXP back in november, thought I would introduce my self and show some pics. The car has 48,000mi on it and since I bought it I have Tinted the windows 15% all around added a K&N Intake kit, and debagged the car and put some 20" wheels on it. My future plans are to add the Magnaflow Cat back exhaust, have the tail light stripes painted white, and the Inferno Hood. Well here are the pics...... And btw these rims are for sale they are 20"X8.5" with like new tires $850 o.b.o.

those are stock calipers. i absolutly love white, i think to my self everyday i should have got white, the tint looks good and so does the debaging, the rims are ehh for me, but overall nice ride for sure

Welcome...I like the rims but I do not think chrome looks good on white. Chrome would look 100x's better on a darker car. Black would look great on white tho.

 

I have some black rims coming up for sale soon. lol I'm redoing A LOT of things on my car. Sorry for the threadjack.

 

Thanks for all the compliments.....As for the rims Im not the biggest fan of them ethier but I got them for FREE!...My dads good friend owns a towing company and a car got towed in with these on it, he ended up with the car and it just sat in his junk yard for a year or so and I asked him if I could buy the rims off him and he said "you take them off you can have them" so I did lol and now im just trying to sell them but I figured mite as well run them untill they sell. I want to put a nice set of 5 spokes on it or I really like these wheels.....

 

I've got some stockers painted black that I'll be selling next month. Here they are with a center cap sticker that isn't on them anymore and they're dirty.


May either take the black off or repainted them.


BTW, if you can get a side pic of those rims, I could try to PS them on.

JP what kind of paint did you use on them?

 

Duplicolor engine paint, lol. It's held up surprisingly well for 1 coat that's nearly a year old.

 

LOL Nice...did you just spray the face or is the whole rim done?

 

Everything I could with the tire still on, when I sell 'em I'll either have them repainted or stripped depending on what a potential buyer wants.

 

jp i think if you repaint them and take your time on them, make them look good and im sure you could sell them
