Custom Embroidery Idea I remember a while back on NAIOA's website that someone had asked about putting a running dear logo on the trunk. It was one of those aftermarket metallic emblem things. I wondered how it would look on the center console lid. I kinda had the Center console from the Harley Davidson F-150s in mind. It's a black leather console, with the Harley logo in an emblem on top of the lid.
Yesterday I got to thinking about maybe doing a bit of custom embroidery, and maybe putting an SS logo on the console lid. Has anyone tried this? I searched and couldn't find a reference. I was thinking of digging up a separate console lid, trying the embroidery, and if it turns out well, I could take the lid on my car right now, and do it.
My mom works at a little shop that sells sewing machines and supplies, and she has a pretty high-dollar sewing machine. If I can't figure out how to do this, she probably can.

I totally agree, higsy. I went and looked, and they have some pretty nice stuff. I wouldn't mind a plaque that could be mounted on the dash, or one of those LS4 emblems, with "Impala SS" on it, of course.
