Oops wrong guy, lol. Paul I'm not shipping your parts since you're coming over to my house to pick them up on Saturday.

That's cool Dom, let me know how you like the parts when you get them installed.

I shipped the following parts out today, and sent you the group buy refund Robert C. You guys should have them by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Brian C
Robert C
Tom M

I still have 2 pairs of bars left and 10 more pairs on the way, for those on the list that are ready to send their payment.

Paul it was nice to meet you today, you have a sharp looking Impala SS. Let me know how you like the parts once you get them installed and take her for a test drive. Enjoy your trip out west!

It was a pleasure to meet you too, Don.

Your parts fit like they came from the factory.

Can't wait to feel the difference.

Looking forward to the vacation, that's for sure.
Thanks again!

How would would it be just for the brackets? I don't need the modified bars.

Got the bars yesterday, went on today!! Rear bar was a bitch to put on only because I am a tall guy trying to work in a small trunk lmao. Plus it was 80 degrees at 10am this morning . Front bar was a breeze to install (10 mins tops). After it was all said and done I took it out for a ride and found the bars to be worth every penny!

Thank You Very Much Don

Nick I'm glad you like the improved handling from the STB bars. Doesn't the rear seat fold down in the GXP? It did on my 2004 CompG and it was easy to get at the rear strut towers. Thanks for the purchase and the positive feedback!

Dustin your parts went out today and you should have them in 2-3 days.

I've shipped all the parts to everyone that paid. I need some more orders guys, so those on the list that haven't paid can send their payment anytime. I have 2 pairs of bars at my house and I ordered 10 more pairs.

Got my bars yesterday! Quick shipping since they just shipped out Saturday before the Holiday. Thanks again for the group buy and making some nice bars. I hope to put them on tonight. I guess I don't need any special tools. Looks like they should bolt in quickly. If anyone has any tips for the install, post em up. Thanks!

Brian you should use a torque wrench on the bolts, the torque specs are on the diagram that shows the position of the rear brackets. If you don't have a torque wrench, tighten the nuts that hold the brackets to the car as tight as you can get them. Then snug up the bolts that hold the bar to the aluminum brackets with a short wrench, and then give them 1/8 of a turn to tighten them. I'm glad you like the parts and thanks so much for the purchase.

Thanks for the tips, I will give it a try tonight. If I die from heat stroke in this heat wave... well it was for a good cause right?

It is hot outside today so be careful not to over do it. I was just out in the garage packaging some parts and I came in to cool off in the A/C. I don't know if the Impala SS has a fold down rear seat, but if it does that makes access to the rear strut towers easier.
