Im going to the exhaust shop tomorrow to get my mufflers taken off and going all pipe. What are the pros and cons on going with straight pipe exhaust besides increasing chances of getting a ticket lol

 

I'd say that it's probably going to resonate in the cabin A LOT like that. I wouldn't care for it.

When you say resonate in the cabin do you mean im going to hear it alot just like a cutout? I want it to sound like the older Impalas like the ones in the 60's

im running mine with out mufflers. its loud but not insane. you should put that resonator back on if your going to do it though. i dont think itll sound like a 60s muscle car with the cam thats in it,but itll definitely be louder.

 

i was thinking about putting one of my flowmaster mufflers in place of where the resonator would be and have the pipes at the end. how would that sound?

 

i'd say try some race mufflers
