Default DDM Tuning HIDs FTW

Finally got to install my DDM HID kits this week. I have a 35W 5000k kit for both my low beams and fog lights. Installation was easy and I even ran a relay harness for the low beams as recommended. These lights are awesome and totally worth the price that DDM charges (I paid $70 for two kits and a wire harness). The 5000k bulbs are very bright and have a very slight hint a blue to them that doesn't quite come out in the pictures. I never realized how out of alignment my headlights were until I put these in (I did re-aim them). Here are some crappy pics,

how long did they take to get them to you after ordering? I have to return a defective ballast to them and was curious as to how long they are taking to ship product lately.....last time it was well over a month.

DDM is the ****. Pretty popular now, which messes with ordering timing/shipping times. But nonetheless, a good product.

Thank you for that.

I was planning on going 35W 5,000K (pure white) for both my lows and fogs as well. I just never got around to it and am still waiting out on some projectors. In all honesty, it looks very OEM (which is what I was hoping and looking for).

jrhartman, I do not have any idea how long they took to be delivered. I ordered these in March while I was in Iraq, and had them waiting for me when I got home.

Hawkins, DDM's site is here

I have 35w 6000K fogs and 55w 8000K lows (same color as 5000k 35w). I think I'm going to do highs next, it's really dark around here.

9006 for low beams and H11 for foglights, wattage and bulb color are your choice

i would definitely stay with the 35w kit. the 55w kit is more for motorcycles that need high output for such a small reflector housing. 55w is also incredibly, overkill status bright. i woul also stick between 4300k and 6000k on the color temperature. any lower is yellow and any higher is stupidly blue and the light output fades considerably.
