Stupid question but did you turn off your T/C. Possiblity your getting into the trans protection mode trying to do a burn out with the slicks. Could try getting blocks for the rear springs.

eliminate any extra weight in the trunk of the car. when racing. air up your rear tires.. have you flipped the rubber in your dogbone? Have you had it retuned since you got all your mods done. Might need to look into gettin some computer work done on the tranny. How did you launch to get your best 60 foot?

Suspension unloads too much for DRs or slicks (in some cases, and my experience) and actually hurts traction. The cutting out is your differential anti-score.

Wow, you lost a ton of mph. Were you in worse weather conditions than when you trapped 106?

Get some GTO spring blockers for the strip. They go in between the rear springs to limit sag and keep the front wheels planted better. That with drags and I bet you get very close to a 2.0 - 60' time.

Practice your launches more often? I ran a 13.6 with intake and exhaust. You should be running a lot faster. Intake and rockers alone is worth 20-30hp. That car has a lot more in it.
