Great looking adapter. So that angles the throttle body and intake tube enough to clear the header crossover I assume? Very well made. I would be interested in one also.
Glad to see some stuff coming together for this intake swap.

That adapter is beautiful... I'm jealous! It probably would have been cheaper to buy it off you when you are done than mod my crossover.
The other hard part of the swap is the fuel rail, and I still think that those Aeromotive-style red-anodized dual rails would be the easiest way to go. That said, I am now sure that the LS3, LS7, and L76 all have the same size injectors that we do. So, anyone of those fuel rails would be the correct height, and would be a decent place to start. The major problem with the factory rails is the fact that their inlet is on the wrong side of the engine.

i had my intake on and running. i used the ls6 rail and injectors with injector adapters. the fuel line faces the fire wall and the stock fuel hose/line connected perfectly after some slight twisting and removing a coil bolt. you will have to cut the rear hump that hangs over your stock fuel rail off in order to gain clearence. i now have tons of room. the ls6 injectors are very noisy compared to the stockers! and i ageee with nmp0098 billet rails is would be the easiest route if you guys plan on using stock type injecters .

A member is using brians Tb adapter with headers and has had no issues. As far as i know he didn't have to modify the crossover pipe. I sold him all of my stuff so he just needed to angle the opsu. Outlet

LS1 Intake
LS6 Rail/Injectors with EV1 t EV6 pigtails
Stock dod valley cover with welded opsu
All of the details to his swap are in one of my older threads. (search.....)
****** *** ended up using Brains TB adapter instead of mine so he wouldn't have to cut up his crossover pipe, very easy swap and its a bolt on minus the dod opsu modd. Tuning is required but the car is still very drivable.
