It could be lifted with 26" wheels. It could have even uglier wheels that don't match the car. It could have a retarded body kit.
It looks like a decent paint job on the car and wheels. Other than the paint choice and wheels it'd be a clean car. It's far from my cup of tea, but as I said it could be much worse.
