this would greatly improve them for our application in my opinion. Too low exhaust velocity for good midrange torque production I believe with the larger primary.

This.

The only up side is nitrous applications.

so if you want to run nitrous you should have the 1 7/8" and if not then 1 3/4 right?

No, 1 3/4" would be better all around. Nitrous motors just tend to like bigger things on the exhaust side. On our motors you'd be fine running 1 3/4" for anything.

Exhaust side is pressurized, are you sure it's sucking in air?

like around $1100 shipped a lot, do the group buy if you want them. Or get lucky like i did and buy them used off a member for a discount. But actually with the new flex pipe your probably getting a better product then us that bought the first run of headers.

I don't know about a "better" product per se. If I were any of the original buyers, I would have been on the phone quick and demanded that they fix the whistle issue.

But then again, that wasn't my $600.

They cost $599. I don't know of anyone who bought them at the 'retail' price, only the 'discounted' group buy price or used (where pricing obviously varies.) They cost what they sell for, not the somewhat arbitrary price DT sets.
