damn if your right about the exhaust that means the dude at the exhaust shop lied when he installed my flowmasters.so it would probably be a good idea to go ahead and replace that with 2.5 piping .

Yes! If you get tuned immediately afterwards, the gains are pretty good for a bolt on part... I would guess you would see a 20-30 hp gain from doing this mod and your exhaust would sound beautiful!

Not peak. I saw a 11 hp peak gain out of the headers and tune. Average it picked up a lot though (this is really what's important). With headers, exhaust, and a hot air intake I went from 13.6 (catless DP, cutout, tune) to 13.4.

Does anybody have a post about a step by step installation guide for these headers w/ pics? I just want to see how in depth this is or I might leave it to a professional... What do you have to do to remove the tranny dipstick?

Before anybody post this
Installation was not that hard, just time consuming.I had her up on all 4,and started from the front exhaust mani, oil dipstick, cross over, cai, throttle body, rear valve cover, trans dip stick, rear exhaust mani, stock dp.
Ill gather my pics up and try to post later today, its a lot eaiser if you have power tools and an extra set of hands, beer, and Carne Asada after installation...
