I mounted mine on the rear of the manifold by drilling an appropriate hole in the manifold. It just fits with the LS6 mani. I don't know how the others did it.

EDIT: You are going to want to mock it up with the connector on it to find a good mounting location.

Drill a .441" hole. I mounted mine in the rear too.

Thanks fellas, just wanted to make sure it could go basically anywhere in the intake. All I need to do now is find someone who can weld aluminum (opsu) and we'll be done.

I would definately recommend against mounting it in an intake runner, or really anywhere except the plenum. You could mount it just past the throttle, but you'll get a better signal on the back of the manifold.

By the way, if you haven't already cut the OPSU I found that a 30* angle works perfectly.

I figure we'll place it behind the tb (my "anywhere" comment was kind of vague, lol). Thanks for the hole size and angle info fellas, greatly appreciated!

Put it in the rear or on top of the TB adapter. DO not stick it on a runner.

^^This - at the rear is probably best since it is isolated from the airflow through the TB.
