valves as in exhaust and intake...or valve springs, guides what? Your throwing me here with the valves...didnt know there were any differences...are they made up of different material or what? I would imagine that is probably the difference...

The zo6 valves are soduim filled do they are much lighter the the valves we have. This would allow the valve train to rev quicker and bemore stable at high rpms.
I dont think you would gain much by switching without swsping cams.

Yea I ment as in intake and exhaust valves.. And yea davids right they are sodium filled and exhaust is hollow. And I believe a little bigger then our stockers. And well I'm looking to get some head work and I'm looking to sway out the valves all together jus not sure if its worth it or not but I think I am gunna run the ls6 setup.

You'd need a bigger cam to take advantage of the benefits offered by lighter/larger valves.

Go with a the dod delete kit, LS6 valves and use titanium retaniers for some serious valve train weight loss!

Got somethin like that in mind. If I piece together the DOD delete kit is it basically lifters, trays and gaskets or is there more to it besides the ls2 valley cover?
