Oh, I thought you meant real SRT-8 Alcoas... 20x9s may be a little too big. But I guess you could run big spacers and roll the fender and/or flare them so the wheels don't look like they stick out so far.

The bolt pattern is fine but the offset is what kills you. It is too low. The wheels would stick put past the fenders. As a rule of thumb, if a rim is 9 inches wide, dont go below 35 in offset. If its 8 in wide, dont go below 30. If its 7 in wide, dont go below 25. You will have issues if you plan to lower the car with that offset. Here is a pic on a 97-03 body.
