I was really thinking about it, I actually had a 6.0 GTO come across my head. However, I kinda like the fancy gizmo's in cars. Ie. HUD, CD Changer, Tapshift, etc. And the G has Navi and all that. I can't think of any F-bodies that have nice things like that inside, at least not off the top of my head.
Another note on the GTO. I went for a ride in one today with one of my friends. He got his Trinity for $450 at his place of employment (He gets discounts). He said its an amazing machine, I actually contemplated asking him if I could use it to tune my GXP! haha. Id rather slip him $100 versus buying the whole thing.
---^ I say and think things like this because I am that unsure of selling my GXP today. DAMN I love this car. I just feel so....common in town. They may not be GXP's but there are a ton of GP's. I rarely get the looks that I kinda enjoy haha

My buddy has a 05 GTO LS2, heads, cam, fast, 102 intake, once you hear it and ride in it you would sell your left nut for it, trust me. The interiors are nice, i really like the seats, If I didnt have the need for 4 doors I would have a GTO instead of the GXP. He lives in sanford so next time we meet up I will have him come.

I wasnt a dick to anyone , therefore you should follow suit. And just so you know I did find a 05 GTO , 6 SPEED, 6.0 for 11k. The guy lost his job. Therefore you are wrong. No its not 10k but i have enough spare money to knock him down and pay cash. Not all 19 year olds are as incompetent as you think.

Its totally up to you man. At the end of the day youre the one driving it, not us. But if youre still in school and everything like that then i would keep the GXP. Not having a car note must feel nice!!

Update : I went and looked at the g35 today and the interior was much to small and the car was actually slow ish. I passed on it.
I then went and looked at a 05 GTO for 9200 , which is less than my gxp and has the 6.0. That car however was really seeing its days. I passed due to bad paint.
I called the guy that was buying my car and passed.

He's right. I went an looked at a well....here....Its a 2004 GTO 6 Speed 5.7. Impulse Blue with matching interior.
I got the guy down to $10,100. It is a one owner with 80k
I was all set to have everyone meet up and exchange money, however.....Things, fell through when my father said a GTO would not be allowed. Mind you I do pay my own car insurance and did buy the GXP myself, therefore, technically I could have bought the GTO against his wishes. My gut feeling however told me no and to respect his decision.
Beautiful car though, they are just INSANELY powerful. EDIT: (According to butt dyno.)

I guess you guys are just going to have to deal with me for a few more years!
I do want to add that if I offended anybody in this thread, I do apologize. I have just been getting a little bored with the GXP and have been looking for something different. After thinking about everything. These LS4 cars, really far into a family all their own.
I cannot think of another car that will give you the luxury that these do,
Ie HUD, Digital Climate Control, heated seats, tapshift, cd changer, xm, onstar, etc etc. and still provide the power that it does.
Thanks for the replys and the opinions of everyone, good and bad.
Happy Driving!!!

I know exactly how you feel with this situation, went through it a few months ago and instead of an 02 SS my dad preferred I get a newer jet ski, and voila, water toy #2 appeared. At least you know you're still happy with your car this way, and know its history.
