Anyone try hanging a LS4 front manifold on LS1?
I`m trying to find a manifold that might fit on my 85 monte Carlo SS passenger side with the outlet going forward.
Has anyone ever hung a front LS4 manifold on the passenger side of a LS1, or truck engine? Or does anyone have a front manifold laying around and a RWD LS motor laying around that they could try it on? I`m mainly looking to see if the manifold would hit the A/C compressor. I think it might block the heater hose outlets on the waterpump but I can re-route those. Also how far out does the manifold hang off the block?

Nevermind, I found a pic https://ls1tech.com/forums/attachmen...s-img_2152.jpg That thing would be in my k-member and frame rail and might not clear the A/C anyway.

I sold mine for a hundred shipped, it cost me $45 to ship both boxes...The USPS IS THE CHEAPEST WAY TO SHIP.
