winter project for the GXP
well i ran a 13.49 with intake exhaust and drag radials....i think its time to add some power to this bad boy during winter plan on doing 1.8 rockers ls6 valve springs ported intake manifold ported tb and when spring comes get her tuned

You would be better off with going to an LS1 intake instead of porting your stock intake. It's a little more expensive but LS1 intakes can be picked up pretty cheap and you'll save money if you can do the swap yourself. Some guys will even sell the LS1 intake in our classifieds that are bolt on ready (there's one for sale right now).

Been down the track 3 times in my life and was running 14.49's and scary rt's. only intake and muffler deletes.
Look forward to your winter build and updates......as i also plan to p/u some dr's, a 100 shot (dry plate i think, still researching) and a tune come spring when its ressurected.

...same supporting mods with a ls1 ported intake it was 300 something (again mustang dyno). So long story short it (the ls1 intake) makes all the difference.
