Default This is what happens when you drive when the drunks are out

So long story short I was coming home from my fiances Saturday morning around 1 am, sober as a song bird, and some D-bag decided he needed to drive his mini van into my recently bought winter car. Scum bag pulled out of a local tavern and drove right into me like i wasn't even there, when the cops showed up he blew a 1.2 . Anyway the album is the carnage, I hope they don't totaled it because I just got the thing, and If they do I taking him to court because I guarantee I'm going to take hit if it is indeed totaled.

That sucks. I have no tolerance for people that drive impaired. Let's face it, Most are shitty drivers while sober.

G/L getting it fixed. It doesn't look to terrible from the pics, though.

Ya I know the pictures don't really show it but the control on the passenger side was destryoed and the the ratiator is busted up as well, also somehow the motor leaked out all of its oil. I really worried about the control arm because if the AWD ststem is screwed I'm sure its donzo.

If they total make sure you go threw ur insurance to contact there insurance , Your insurance will make sure your car gets repaired if at all possible. Also im going to bet after the repairs start the price is going to go up Its happened to me on all occassions :\

Also, If they do total it out, never take there first offer, they will low ball your *** all to hell. Then they will give you what its worth once they acknowledge your not a push over.

** UPDATE #2**

So I finally heard from State Farm today and to my absolute shock they are fixing the car. The body shop soon after contacted me to make sure I wanted it fix, which of course I absolutely did. They expect it to take between 2 to 3 weeks. I'll post pics as soon as I get it back.
