LS1 intake manifold
I have done most of my research, but before I buy a manifold I would like a few pointers from people who have done the swap. I found a guy who is selling a ls1 manifold off of a 97 corvette because he upgraded to fast, only wants 150 for it. My research shows that this manifold will work. He is selling just manifold, no fuel rails. Will our fuel rails(ls4)work? So I wouldn't have to cut up the alternator bracket and buy injector adapters. I am going to pair this manifold with an ls2 throttle body and ls6 MAF for a nice little upgrade. Would it be worth the money to port/polish it? What would be the best type of TB adapter to buy? Thanks for any help!

Watch the main parts classified section - some guys struggle to get $50-$75 for a bare LS1 intake because everyone wants LS6...

$150 seems to be what they are going for around here also . I've been in the market for an LS6 intake but only found one good deal and was too late on that one. Guy had an LS6 intake, injectors, fuel rail and TB for $400. Traded the car in with it before I could make the 300 mile drive.

Well since we are on the topic, can anyone tell me if the ls1 fuel rails and injectors work for our engines as well? The write up seems to suggest ls6 fuel rails but I have a friend that may be going FAST soon and I could just buy his old stuff.

i paid 250 for LS1 intake, valley tray, injectors, rail, MAF extension, and injector adapters. Shop around because there are better deals out there.
i ended up buying these adapters though because they are a local company to me and a customer where I work.
