Default Fuel injector cleaning

Ok so i have everything i need for my intake swap now but want to clean the injectors before i put it all together on thursday. gonna see if anyone has any advice and can also provide a kit that'll come with new o-rings and the little filter screens.

here is a write up i found on another forum...does everything look about right as far as steps go?
http://www.grandprixforums.net/showthread.php?t=79095

and this kit says it'll work with ls1 fuel injectors

Forgot to tell you I did this to the injectors before I installed them. There cleaned out the same way in the YouTube vid I watched (same as blkchevys)so total less than 5thousand miles are on them and originally 24k from the ls6 they were pulled from

What about adding a fuel injector cleaner in the gas? Has there been any results? Seamfoam treatments? I'm not looking to take each injec out and clean them. Its to damn cold.
