If you go with rails ensure you use PTFE teflon -6 AN hose. not the regular braided ****.

swapped over to the TR6 plugs today, all of the TR5's looked good, but showed signs of just being a tad bit too hot like suspected. The discoloration, while you cant see it in the pics very well, extends all the way down to the socket portion of the metal on the plug, in the light yellow to light orange range and on the very end of the plug in the darker orange. The discoloration tells me that the plugs would have to have been getting between 400-500* to change to this shade on that part of the plug. Generally speaking you dont want to see any discoloration past the first 3 threads closed to the firing end. No signs of detonation, plug does look a little bit rich, but the plugs have clearly been hot enough to keep them clean, the ceramic usually should be beginning to change a shade by now. No signs of burning any oil, no deposits, but also no distinct discolorations on the ground strap between any of the plugs to indicate proper timing advance. Already a noticeable difference between the TR5's and TR6's with the current ignition timing tables. Gotta run some datalogs and see if i can begin to bring the timing back up to where it was stock.

either route will work fineThe factory fuel rail can support massive amounts of power, and eliminates possible fuel links you might encounter if the rails you get and fittings arent tightened properly
