DoD delete kit and LS3 valley cover

So I got my DoD Delete kit in the other day, and a bit curious about what to do with the crankcase vent on the front of the cover. Shown here in the picture below, has the red vac cap on it, anyone have any advice as to how to deal with this? Otherwise im just going to lop it off.

With that you would cap off the rear valve cover and use that as your primary dirty pcv lime connected to a vacuum source

did you get a full set of new lifters all 16?

Everything in the scoggin dickey DoD delete kit, havent opened the boxes yet but should be 16 LS7 lifters. Just worried about intake manifold clearance with that port being there, as its really tight on that front side.

It's going to be a custom cut .535 lift on both lobes, was going to run .550 lift but the machine shop called me back and told me that at .550 id be at exactly .050 clearance for coil bind. So i decided to back it off a bit. It's going to be this cam exactly with the custom lift.

You can kind of see it in the picture. You have plenty of clearance even with the FAST 92 and not hacking off the break booster nipple like most people do.
