Yes, I received the bushings and collar sleeves. Call your local autoparts store and see if they have any bushings that’ll fit.
The addco swaybar is a nice upgrade to your rear suspension. You will be happy with the results.

unhook the mufflers from the hanger brackets to install the bar. The addco bar is different in design compared to factory. Yes the bushings are poly. Im planning on taking the bmr trailing arms off. The rear is way too stiff with the 639 sway bar and bmr bar paired together.
FYI- Addco sent me 2 639 swaybars. I'm selling the spare one if anyone is interested.

No, i sold it on eBay. UPDATE: The lock collars are needed to prevent the swaybar bushings from moving. Apply plenty of grease to those damn bushings!!!!
