I have a mildly mod'ed Regal GS and am located in Irvine California in Orange County, and am definitely interested in this offer.

I do already have a MagnaFlow axelback muffler, so I would be a returning customer : )

My mods are as follows, if it is relevant:
Cold Air Intake
DHP PCM
180* Thermostat
U-bend and Resonator delete
MagnaFlow Muffler

Preliminary results:

Solid 10 hp / 10 lb-ft increase across the board measured at the wheels.

Here is an idea of what the finished product will look like ... this is our prototype:

We will be wrapping up the 5.3Ls with the Impala SS and Pontiac GXP. We will have the earlier model coverage (2000-2005 3.4/3.8L) coming soon as well.

Nice. Very nice man. It's not often you see an exhaust work across the entire RPM band.

What size piping is it? And at what power level do you think this kit may need to be larger?

You guys may wanna offer a u-bend(where rear O2 is mounted) delete option as that alone is worth 4-5 horses but obviously would require welding and wouldn't be a bolt-on catback. Otherwise the system looks great.
U-bend delete ex. http://www.zzperformance.com/grand_p...ts1.php?id=504

We will be offering a Direct-fit downpipe with high flow cat and no "u" bend. The crushed U in the 5.3L cars is much LESS than in the 3.8L Vin X and Vin 1 cars of the past...I would contend that the gains are less than 5-6 rwhp.

It will of course be more money BUT it will perform better as well.

Question

Just a couple of quesitions.

How much will the exhaust system cost?

Will you offer a version for the Grand Prix GXP with Dual-Dual exhaust tips?

Will it be a bolt on?

When will it be available?

What type of steel will the exhaust be made of; SS or what?

Thanks.
