1. Supercharger or Tubro with Intercooler Kit
2. 6-Speed Manual Transmission
3. Rear Wheel-Drive Kit (mounts, trans, tunnel, rearend)
4. Active CAI with Ram Hood
5. Active Rear Spoiler that auto adjusts with speed
6. HUD kit

A rear wheel drive would be retarded sometimes you should think before you talk!

The drawbacks to your E85 concept is you just can't tune for it, it requires major engine modifications.

One thing you need to be careful about E85 is that it contains only about 80-85% the energy than regular gasoline. Therefore, you won't get as good of mileage. Oh, and by the way, it is not 80% the price. So, strickly from a energy perspective, it isn't a good buy.

Rear wheel drive? Why didnt you buy a GTO, the price difference between it and the Monte is less than the cost of a painted ram air hood, six speed, and the parts to convert the car to RWD if someone were to come up with them.

New to W bodies
AWD would be my preference for best of both worlds! I'd also like to know how to do that one on a W body.
I don't think we'll be doing anything soon to her DD, but it would be nice to see a list of each mod and the expected gains in terms of both HP and ET that are possible from each mod.

Is a crossover pipe the first step on the way to installing a true dual exhaust system in my new LaCrosse Super? My brother-in-law, who knows a hell of a lot about cars, says it can't be done with a transverse engine, because of the way the exhaust headers are installed. Is that true, or is he just blowing smoke?

im sure a lil rear tire conversion would be in the future...probably run the 255's on the back and like 270's in the front....just to keep the same ratio....new HERE by the way so be easy....lol...just throwing it out there....i know the frts will fit on the back...some tire guy didnt know what he was doing and switched them thinking it was a RWD...lmao...such an idiot...but for the knowledge and what its worth, with that set up, it will work...the rear wheels on the back look pretty good....very meaty...but make sure you upgrade the fronts to larger due to the wheel well, it looks like a friggn funny car with the lil tires up front...the front wheel well just hangs and towers over the 225's....its funny as hell....
