K&N Does anybody have a picture of a k&n intake installed on their car. I was curious to see how much the stock intake is replaced (how close to the intake throttle body it starts). ie...does it eliminate the rubber flex tubing.

FWIW, Mark HAS the same piece he can ship to you in return...just has a broken clip so it doesn't stay on tight...which is why he's looking for this part. Shouldn't matter if you need to reinstall the box for warranty purposes, you can just say the dealer broke it when they took it apart (if they needed to open it up for any reason).

If its broke and under warranty, go get it fixed under warranty, it doesn't matter if you bought it used. If you did it, say you were checking to see if your air filter was dirty and it cracked. Be nice about it, and if they question you tell them you know of another person who's cracked doing the same thing.
