Although we didn't actually need to afterall...stupid, confusing drop down quantity menu!

I'd be interested in another poly mount, provided it's better than the ZZP, which appears to be the case here. Put me down for one if this happens.

I just got a reply back from 3800performance.com regarding the motor mount... they WILL sell them separately - for $39.99 +shipping...

Hmm, so $40 for 1 or $35 each for 2. Sounds like we need to work this out ourselves to save $5

I don't think it's worth it. Basically, you'd have to ship it to one of the two people...then re-ship it to the other person. The extra shipping, hassle, and potential 3% charge on a paypal transaction just makes it not worth it. I'll go with the $40 to have it come straight to me.

Will they be altering the web page to allow a selection of just one, or do you need to call/eMail them to order? Being my lazy a$$, i haven't gone to see for myself.

Were they interested in doing a group rate, Lew? Seems like we could do 10 pretty easily.

On a related note, since you have to mangle your OEM mount to get it out, those of you concerned with it still being too harsh, you should (could) get a replacement mount complete with bushing for about $50...just in case it's not too forgiving in the cold temps (which i fully expect it to be). Also, this allows you to swap it back if you need to go in for service related to the firmer mount (not sure what types of service this would possibly affect, but i bet the dealer could find something!)

Installed the motor mount today. 100000000000000 times better then that hard *** ZZP motor mount. It keeps all of the good features and doesn't have that shudder at 30km no more smooth all the way through.

So is it true that you basically have to destroy the stock motor mount to install the new one? How much is a replacement stock? I've just been battling what I'm going to be doing with this car (considering a G8 or something next year) and wanna make sure it's easy and or cheap to revert mods back to stock.

I think if you lube it up real good, you should be able to push out that stock mount and save it...
