Opinions please...
Opinions please... Is it just me, or are there any others that see a serious lack of "moderation" here, in the LS4 forums? In other words, who thinks we could use another moderator or two in here, someone who's here most of the time?
This isn't a diss on Richiec77. He seems like a really nice and fair guy, from the few encounters I've had with him, but it seems he's never here. For example, he hasn't even been on the board since the 25th, and the last time he posted in here was like August 3rd. Once again, I am not saying anything bad about our current moderator, just that he could probably use some help. In fact, I think I heard something about him making an interstate move, so it's no wonder he doesn't have time for the board.
Anyway, I propose we come up with a nomination or two and suggest it to the "powers that be." Maybe they'll agreee and bless us with another moderator or two.
So, without further ado, I nominate BuffaloSS and 06monteSS for the positions. They seem to be some of the most knowledgable, level headed, and fair members here with post counts firmly above 500. I'm sure there are a few more that are just as worthy, but those 2 were the first to come to my mind. Anyone else???

While i haven't explored the other sections here, is it any better anywhere else? Could it be more of an overall lack of moderation here? It seems that unless you violate the "supporting vendor" laws, no one gives two $h!ts about what goes on here.
Now Corny, you KNOW i can't do this! In turn, i nominate Corny40 right back! And second (or actually 3rd) Monte's nomination. Also, i officially nominate eddiemoney!

Nominate whoever the hell you think will do a good job...including yourself...and i'll start a new thread & poll next week with as many of the nominations as possible. We can then bring it to the attention to the Admin here and see if they care to act on it.
How's that? I would say that in order to be considered, you must at least reach "TECH" status (300 (?) posts)...whether it be "Apprentice," "Resident," or higher.

I shop around on the Camaro / Corvette / LS1 side as well. There's a cool post that goes on about IROCs and mulletts worth checking out ...
