Ok, I need to VENT...!!!
I went out to remote start my car. Well my range is AWESOME ..... FOR OPENING MY UP MY ******* TRUNK...!!!! Thats right, they did not program my keyfob for the remote start. Now I have 2 truNk buttons, lock and unlock. REAL ******* SMART...!!!

On saturday, after playing football, i was walking across the field and attempted to use the remote start. After getting within 40' or so, i managed to get the lock to work. Then i pressed the start button. After getting nothing for about 3 seconds, i let it go and kept walking closer. About 10s after i first pushed the button, the lights flashed and she started. There was quite the delay between the start button and the actual starting.

Not well. I had the RCDLR, antenna and fobs replaced some time ago but it never got better. Gonna try to get to the dealer for the new parts at some point. Just got a CEL today for a gas cap issue...maybe that might push me to go sooner.

I had the RCDLR receiver, antenna and fobs replaced months ago as well, and mine is like brand new again, haven't had the issue since. I think it even works from farther away now than it did brand new...
