Who are you going to launch a negative campaign against? The carrier damaged the car and one car isnt going to affect them. And as far as the lemon law is concerned you have to allow them to attempt to repair the vehicle x amount of times. If the dealer had knowledge of the repair and was required by law to disclose this to you then it would be the dealers problem at this point. Also the vehicle is supposed to go through a pre delivery inspection at the dealership (paid for by GM) before you get the vehicle, so are the techs at your dealership so careless that they overlooked the **** poor repair work on the vehicle?
