Unless your above a 85% duty cycle on your injectors you don't need larger ones sounds like bs
as for removing injectors i've only done it on a toyota but all you do is remove the fuel rail depressurized it "of course" disconnect the conenctors from the injector and twist it counter clockwise and pull up on them.

Got a couple of questions on the HP Tuner software.

One thing I thought of, may be making a difference or not, but tuner seemed to think it didn't:

My HP tuners is showing I have 2 02 banks (we only have 1 with 2 sensors - I think). So I am getting strange readings from that. Anyone know if there is a way to turn off that 2nd O2 bank?

Second, I am getting some weird error message when I attempted to convert to 2bar. I will update with that error when I get home from work. Again, he thought it did not matter much.

We have a Bank 1 Sensor 1 and sensor 2. I believe FIRC the B1 S1 is your O2 Sensor which is pluged into your rear exhaust manafold and I know for a fact that your bank 1 sensor 2 is your O2 which is pluged around your cat. You need to remove about 5-7 codes for a straight pipe or high flow cat pipe. I have posted the codes in other posts, but i will try and find it for you. You need to not only turn off the reporting to the ECM part, but also the DTC aswell.

Why would you convert to a 2 bar OS? If you're not running boost, all that accomplishes is to halve the resolution of the VE table. You also need a 2 bar MAP sensor to make it work, otherwise it will be dumping in way too much fuel based on the signal from the stock 1 bar MAP.

If you've installed a custom OS, that may be the root of the O2 sensor problem. Here's a pic of the DTCs for a stock LS4 (all bank 2 DTCs should be set to 3 - no error reported):

Awesome. Maybe that's part of the problem (?).

I will disable all of those when I get home. As far the 2 bar map, I am only making guesses.

There's frigging O2 DTCs everywhere

Also ensure that P0056, P0059, P0060, P1153 and P1154 are turned off
Also bank 2 fuel trim DTC's P0174 and P0175 should be off.

Weird. Taz: my stock tune has P0036 and P0420 on. HPT doesn't even list a P0421, however P0430 (Catalyst low efficiency, bank 2) is disabled.

You need to change your tab to advance to see the other ones. Thats what I had to do.

Also, here is a list of all the P codes. I went off of these when doing my tune on my 04 SS and now my 07 SS. Its better to be safe and turn off what you really dont need then to keep it on and find out its coming up as a DTC.

Now, just some final questions on this. FWD cars have about a 20% drivetrain loss to the wheels, right? So would that not make my flywheel HP around 354 or so? Yeah, 50 hp for all those mods seems low.
