I haven't come across one. (although my searching was mostly for an adapter from a 4 bolt throttle body to a three bolt intake flange)

My calipers tell me we have a 76mm TB, four bolt pattern. I believe the 5.3 truck engines have a 85mm TB, which won't match up too well to the intake.

You could do some type of core exchange. Send us one with a core charge, and then credit back once you receive core.

IIRC, the GTO came with the LS1 with a cable operated three bolt TB or the LS2 with a 90mm electronic throttle body (4 bolt throttle body, but I believe the bolt spacing is different from the LS4 throttle body). I don't believe either will work.

I figure I will add this to the Throttle Body trilogy. The following was episode 2, titled "You Can Make the Shoe Fit, But You May Not Be Able To Wear It Because of Wiring Differences"

don't "knife edge" the butterfly. this will cause severe idle issues. found this out the hard way.
