Don't expect to see him post again for a few days as he will be busy with his newfound power and acceleration!
My guess is if the car winds out when you drive it that his dyno load is to blame.

Next time you go, consider having the tuner temporarily disable TCS in the tune like so:

May as well disable TCS using the button as well.
If it revs on the street where all wheels are turning, but not on the dyno, it's gotta be something related to TCS. Did your tuner look for any DTCs?

Is that the HP tuners software?
stock is about 235 at the wheels, and with the canned diablo tune, it's up to around 248...
exhaust and CAI may add another 8-10 in reality, but that's about it.
so you'd be looking at around 258-ish at the most.
