Default displacement

i am pretty sure our cars have a 325 cu in. engine but i thought i saw something online the other day that said our engines are 346 cu in....anyone able to back me up on this?

The LS-1's are 346ci the LS2's are 364 so I think they were talking about a different motor. You are right in the LS-4's

most will call it a 327ci the same as Ls1s are commonly refered to as 350ci

its cool! I will always refer to the 5.3 as a 327ci lol! sounds cooler

Yea anyone who's ever asked what I have in the SS has responded with "oh a 327" when I've told them it has a 5.3L in it.

I believe we would have a true 327 if the our engines were not 1" shorter then the 5.3 vortec
