Got money, need exhaust I've got a couple questions. What would be the benefit of getting a whole catback as opposed to just a pair of mufflers? Also, what is the cheapest place to buy the magnaflow catback?

Catback you will get better top end power and probably 10-12hp. It up's the the pipe from the stock 2.25 crush bent to 2.5" stainless steel madreal bent and you get I believe 4" tips with the SS catback. If you want to save the money and don't care about more power just get the mufflers and best place would be planetmagnaflow.com with the discount code of theplanet.
A few people have said the SLP w body exhaust from the 00-05 cars do fit on these 06-08 cars, I dont know how much truth there is to that, but it its true, I would get that over the Magnaflow exhaust. If not, then get a custom exhaust with 44's on it and res removal.

i'm just going with a custom exhaust two with corsa mufflers starting with the hogan downpipe.. probably just get 2.5" with an exhaust cut out (about $45, its worth it) . From what i've heard, the cutouts make a beasts out of these cars. I can get all that for about half the price of the magnaflow catback
