Positives / Negatives of having Resonator removed..

I was hoping it won't sound like crap when the shop took off the resonator, but it had to come off, it made the exhaust hang lower in the center....and when I started it up it sounded meaner.

thanks A LOT for this vid man....i was on the fence about removing my res because of the rasp (i have the magnaflow also) but whenmy DP is put on ill be cuttin the res off also....cant wait to hear the sound of the cutout then since it is right behind the res now lol.

I had mine removed about two weeks ago. Not much difference initially, but I started to notice a slight change during startup...throttle seems a little more responsive...maybe?
Seems like it has become a little more aggressive lately...overall I like it.
Minimal cabin drone so far...

just got back from the muffler shop after gettin my Hogan DP on and res. removed....i couldnt be any happier with how it sounds now...wish i woulda done it sooner....with my cutout closed there is little to no drone in the cabin and with it open it sounds like an older muscle car which is what i wanted...downshiftin sounds a lot better now too
