Cabin Filter.
Cabin Filter. Where is the Cabin Filter Located? I am guessing that it may be on the drivers side Under the windshield wiper / screen. Has anyone changed it before .... is it a hassle?
I've changed the one that I had in my Buick before. It was on the pass. side under the windshield wiper and was fairly easy to change out.
Just wanted to know if it is going to be pain.

passenger side, under the plastic black shroud that's under the wiper...
look in your owners manual... shows it all in there...

I really hope you don't think K&N filters the air going into your engine better then a paper filter. If your willing to spend 260 bucks on something that causes most LS1 T/A's to loose horsepower then keep bragging cause i find it amusing. 10 dollar filter is fine. As for the filter for the cabin i beleive it blocks out pollen and what not it dosn't need to be as free flowing as a engine filter, engine filter is only for removing large dirt contamination. I change mine about once a year i really don't use my A/C that much unless the family is in the car. The A/C uses quite abit of power. I used to think that the A/C didn't effect it that much but when i tryed to do a burnout she just chirped , turned the AC off and it was back to what i expected. It was 106 outside to tho :X

Ahhh yes more people talking more Smack.....it is impossible to make a casual observation or ask a question around here without soliciting some unnecessary remark.
Just trying to state that the cabin filter(where i looked...AutoZone) was much more expensive and a normal air filter.... that's all.
