Default Does anyone know if the Pacesetter 3" for GTPs will fit the GXP?

I have a 3" DP and I want a 3" after cat exhaust. I've gotten two quotes for custom mandrel bent for close to $1,000, which would be fine if I got 50hp or so, but I'm not down with that. I really don't want to drop down to smaller than 3". I may go with a custom compression bent exhaust, but I'd still prefer the mandrel bent.

Does anyone know if the Pacesetter (or any other) 3" exhaust systems designed for the 97-03 GPs will fit the LS4 cars?

Thank you,
BJ

Any w-body exhaust should bolt up fine. I think it was discussed before...a GXP guy installed a made-for-GTP exhaust. Might have one hanger on the exhaust go unused, iirc.

However, tip location might need to be tweaked...so you would likely need a shop to make you some new tailpipes.

That's what I was thinking. Curt Hogan told me that the pipe kit they sell for a single exhaust won't work for our cars, so that made me question the rest of them. If they will work, though, I found a used SLP powerflo exhaust, but I'm not sure if that one is 3" or not.

3" Hogan off-road down-pipe should work fine.

Oh, sorry, I mean after the DP. I have a catted Hogan DP right now, but I need the cat back to complement it. I plan on installing my rockers, DP and catback at the same time, then having it all dynotuned.

Thanks,
BJ
