MonteProblems.. it's kinda like a MontePala..but with problems... My head liner is separetd from the velcro around the sunroof. Anyone else have this problem? I've been gluein the velcro pads back up, super glue, auto glue, hot glue, nothing seems to work..

 

Try rubber cement, or someother contact adhesive, make sure you follow the directions and let them dry reapply dry abit and stick em one and hold for abit aswell.

 

I have this problem too. I hit 8k miles and things are squeaking, buzzing, rattling and falling apart like crazy!

Same thing happened on mine.

I was going to use hot melt, but if you tried that and it didn't stick, I'm thinking mold release may still be on the substrate.

 

My car had the same problem. Where the velcro attaches to the top of the car make sure the roof isn't bent so its at a angle that pulls to much on the headliner. I took mine to the dealership and they said when they tryed to make the velcro adhere they pushed it and bent it at a ( type angle instead of | hope that makes sence.

 

Maybe you can clarify....

Honeslty I've been ******* with the headlinr for too long I'm ready to just let it hang. Its too much of a pain to pull and fix properly...

 

Maybe we could all pitch in a $ and pass the can around!
