Sorry for being ignorant but whats a 3 bar map sensor? Reason I'm asking is that my car is not reading my map sensor and running like ***. If this will help me i'm interested

yes this takes manifold pressure and sends a signal to the ECU. If you run a boosted car it has a map sensor. If not its your maf thats is acting up. let me know if you need any more info.

pretty much, just splice the 3 wires in and plug into a vac line. Good to go.

a 3 bar map sensor allows you to run more than 15 lbs of boost. Simplest explanation.
