What would be needed in addition to the cable to finish off the tuning setup? I'm interested in getting HP Tuners pro but w/o credits. Just purchase the credits on my own.

Well if it's just the cable and no software then I'm not interested. If on the other hand it is the professional setup (with data logger & inputs on cable for wideband sensors) and includes software I can do that.
