I street raced this every nice week end and going 10.80`s
with no problems...maybe Hole Shot makes a thicker center and a thinner center ??

and when i bought new centers for my Mustang they where the same thickness.

Would these fit an 02 WS6 with no grinding to the calipers?

There is only one center and I drive on my holeshots all the time. They are pretty strong race wheels.

I actually bought these from a guy who bought them for his 04 GTO that why the rear rims are 15X9 instead of the 15X10s.

So do they fit without any modding?

Yep there will be grinding and spacer involved front and rear if your using stock brakes. if you have aerospace or stange or any kind of aftermarket drag brakes they fit with no modding.
