well you can clearly see the cast number and they are 243's so they are ls6

 

It could be....this is the way they came off......maybe there aftermarket springs. This is the way the came, thats all I know.

 

just because they're 243's doesn't mean they're ls6...these same heads were used on the ls2...so what you said = ignorance


anyway..back on track...if these are real ls6 heads ..then that means they have the sodium filled valves?..is there anyway to verify that fact?

 

To everyone looking at these...I am currently awaiting a refund for these heads. I had thought they were stock 02 LS6 heads that have never been touched but after some research into the seller's old threads, it appears that these heads have has some bent valves at one point and possibly replaced with valves from stock 806s. Here's some info from PMs that have been sent:

these look like they are the same heads, what valves are in them? if they were bare at some point or do not have the ls6 valves then i would like a refund. im buying these under the assumption that they have not been disassembled or altered in any way. i do not want a set that have been disassembled and reassembled. lmk.

The heads came off a ZO6 and a couple of the valves were found to be a little bent. So, I replaced them with other valves. Don't know if they are Sodium Valves or not. I will make sure you get a full refund. I did not try at all to misrepresent the Item. Just got mixed up in all the parts and stuff I had. Sorry about that and I hope you find a great set of 243 heads.....Thanks
