Default MTI CAM, PATRIOT HEADS, QTP, 6.1 forged rods
I have these things for sale MTI x1 cam 230 228 on a 112 with cam card and box. 6000 miles, great cam $275.00 shipped. next patriot performance stage 2 ls6 heads 59cc the welded chamber ones, 2.02 1.57 stainless valves,650 gold springs with ti retainers. with new valve seals and fresh valve job. ready to go 0 miles since refresh. these heads with the mti cam plus 90/90 and boltons made 438/411 at the wheels. With them being welded up you can still fit a good size cam right? What would that put the compression at on a mls head gasket like 11.2to1 or something?

That is correct you could run a bigger cam with no problems.mine was 11.2to1 with factory gm gasket.
