Default Circle D 3c, 25 days old, under 700 miles

Located in port st lucie, FL.
I have a Circle D 3c converter for sale. Right now it has 676 miles on it and is 25 days old. It works fine, but it's way too loose for what I want.
I thought specified that I did not want a loose converter when it was ordered.
Here are the order specs:
My car is a 2001 Z28.
Some HPTuners Mods.
It has a TransGo HD2-B kit, complete with internal mods, upgraded sunshell, 3-4 clutch, etc.
It has Pacesetter LT headers, an Edelbrock ORY, 3" DynoMax pipe to a Hooker Aerochamber muffler to stock tailpipes.
3.23 gears.
Stock height rear tires.
Here was the recommendation:
I have gone over some info and came up with 2 solutions. Both are in the Stage I billet series - $725 to your door. 2 Year warranty and 1 stall change.

"+2C" = 3200-3400 Flash Stall. Very street friendly, Very efficient up top. Easy on the tires. It will probably only footbrake up to 2500-2600.

"3C" = 3400-3600 Flash Stall. A little more noticeable on the street, but still very little pedal to get moving. Will have better performance because of the higher flash and will hit harder out of the hole. Footbrake a little higher - 2600-2700.

You mentioned you use the lock up, did you mean at WOT? The Stage I has the Billet piston with a large clutch, but it is not designed for WOT. I make a Multi disk for that, but it is a little more and don't think you need it.
I tired of taking the damn trans out so I'm not playing R&D with the manufacturer. It's in the car now. Give me four hours or less and I'll have it out.
$600 FIRM Plus shipping. Postal money order only, I have no paypal.

This is what I was told.

You can search posts started by me in the automatic trans forum.
Some people say it's me, some people say it's the converter.
I just was hoping for it to be right the first time.

I've had this trans out to upgrade some parts a few times, then to fix an odd leak in the pump seal several times. Got that all fixed, then pulled it to install the converter.

If I pull the trans again, it's not going to be for a restall, it's going to be to put the stock converter back in and leave it.

Here is a recent one asking about the feel of it being loose or not.

And BTW this isn't the first converter I've owned.
