Arrow Hypertech PP III for V8 99 Camaro/Firebird

Just as the title says. This unit says it is for tuning only a 1999 version of these cars. I have no idea if it will tune any others. Will change various parameters for gear changes and also has a power tuning program.

All programming was removed from my car so it is ready to install in someone else's.
Asking $130

PM or post any questions.

Thanks,
Dave

bump.

Nobody has a use for this? Has everyone tossed handhelds for the more able laptop programmers?

Someone must need this, let me know.

what model # is it? cuz 1997-1998 2 bar was stand alone and 1999-2002 3 bar covered all those years.

I am almost positive it is a 390752, and it is only listed for use with a '99 LS1 camaro or firebird. I will check for the precise # and reply back when I get home tonight.

Thanks

Yep, it is a model 390752. This model is just for the '99 cars, and was the first model out of the gate shortly after the release of the car with the '99 PCM. I think that in later years that hypertech just combined more models to make their product more useful across all of the LS1 cars.

At any rate, still for sale.

Hypertech says that it increases performance, allows adjustments for different tires/gears, allows adjustment of cooling fans, and updates shift firmness in the transmission. Here is a link to instructions that are for an LS1 Camaro from the hypertech site. Take a look at them, it tells you all of the capabilities of the programmer.
