I pulled these heads off my LS2 I had in my 2006/GTO in favor of a set of aftermarket heads. I ran these heads stock for about 6k miles then moved to a high lift cam so I upgraded the springs to PRC Golds and Titanium spring hats, new seats and seals. I ran them with the new springs for about 2K then pulled the heads off. When I pulled these heads off I found a couple of valve seals that had not been installed correctly so I would recommend all the seals be replaced.

NEW in the box. PN#54026. This kit allows you to run LS2 fuel rails with a FAST92 Intake. I went with aftermarket rails instead and didn't use this kit.
