Thumbs up built 4l60e with 3400 stall

well i traded my 4l80e and now i have 2 t56's so i guess i will be converting both rides, sooooo heres my 4l60e up for sale has around 5k miles since purchased from mad dog transmission its a stage 3 build , i am digging up the paper work tonight but heres their list on the stage 2 build

[/COLOR]All Mad Dog Transmissions are completely rebuilt and come with a Master Overhaul Kit which includes:

All new lip seals

All new gaskets

All new Teflon rings

New filter

TCC Sonnax update sleeve and valve to eliminate common 1870 code

All new steels

All new bushings

All new Raybestos clutch discs

All new sprags

All new shift solenoids

Others try to copy my adds but they can never copy my work!! Transmission comes with tail housing if needed.

This Level 2 transmission comes with an Mad Dog Reprogramming update kit, Mad Dog shift kit, and Raybestos 9 clutches (replaces factory 5 clutches in the 3-4 drum) the 9 clutch pack also has specialized heat treated steels that withstand much more heat, all Raybestos high temp high energy clutches through out the rest of the unit, all new steels, band, bushings, and rings. A 500 boost valve, 10 vane pump rotor. The reason we run a 10 vane pump rotor and not a 13 vane pump rotor is because the more vanes it has in it weakens the rotor. We also use 4140 hardened pump rings, TEFLON pump bushing, a 29 element double gauge sprag, hardened input shaft and drum, 4 pinion planetary gear (which has also been cold-freezed to withstand big horsepower and torque), and a Sonnax sun shell, which is three times thicken than the factory sun shell, high-temp Pro-series, Kevlar band and a Corvette Servo. We discard the springs in the accumulators, because they constantly break and contaminate the transmission with metal filings. One, two, and three/four accumulators are blocked off to give you a nice solid shift every time.

NOTE: Let us know what type of shift you want. We can custom build each valve body for your application. Now offering Trans breaks for full competition applications!!

i will get the stage 3 upgrade specs later looking for 1300 shipped for trans and 3400 converter thanks

I tell you what I just had a meeting with the BNSF about a temporary shoe fly and at grade crossing. If I was to buy it could you stick it on a train going to California...pm me if that is an option and I will give you my contact at BNSF.

finally heres the stage three info you guys wanted

Level 3 4L60E/4L65E
Rated up to 700HP
All Mad Dog Transmissions are completely rebuilt and come with a Master Overhaul Kit which
includes:
-all new lip seals
-all new gaskets
-all new Teflon rings
-new filter
-all new steels
-all new bushings
-all new Raybestos clutch discs
-all new sprags
The Level 3 4L60E/4L65E comes with a new force motor, new shift solenoids, new 3/2 downshift
solenoid, new TCC solenoids, new pressure manifold and a special Sonnax valve that is
specifically made for the GM code 1870, which is very common on these particular units.
This Level 3 transmission comes with an Mad Dog Reprogramming update kit, Mad Dog shift kit,
and Raybestos Z-PAK with 13 clutches (replaces factory 5 clutches in the 3-4 drum) the Z-PAK
also has specialized heat treated steels that withstand much more abuse, all Raybestos high
temp high energy clutches throughout the rest of the unit, all new steels, band, bushings, and
rings. A 500 boost valve, 13 vane pump rotor. We also use 4140 hardened pump rings, TEFLON
pump bushing, a 29 element sprag, over-sized hardened sun gear shell (which is three times
thicker than factory), hardened input shaft and drum, hardened output shaft and all planets are
cryogenically freezed, 4 pinion planetary gear (which has also been cold-freezed to withstand big
horsepower and torque), high-temp Pro-series, Kevlar band and a Billet servo ( the Billet servo
has 30% more holding power, to give you that full throttle shift without burning up the band. For
full competition use only). However, I highly recommend running a Corvette servo if your going to
drive the vehicle every day.
We discard the springs in the accumulators, because they constantly break and contaminate the
transmission with metal filings. One, two, and three/four accumulators are blocked off to give you
a nice solid shift every time.

Is 'stage' the level of build, or is it referring to the type of shift you want?
I saw this in Mad Dog's ads.......

Stage 1 is a factory shift.
Stage 2 has a nice crisp shift and at wide open throttle it will put you in your seat.
Stage 3 is for that Saturday night special. Be warned stage 3 shift is very violent!
