Yep I sent him paypal over a week ago on the LS6 intake and FTRA and STILL no replies. I'll be filing on IC3.gov and charging back the payment on monday if this guy doesn't get his act straight. I think he's got bigger problems coming though if he doesn't make good on his word.

Heyyyyy Guys, this ****** guy ripped all you off a couple thousand dollars prolly.... You need to all get your claims together and contact the gov people or local investigator, becuase hes going to keep doing it. Also he obviously does not realize, when he gets caught, he can do some sort of time. It's almost like credit card fraud exc. Felonyyyy. That **** is serious... Good luck guys,

i too got screwed out of my 275 for the tq arm....... he offered up a full refund thru paypal and i thought i was gonna be ok but the funds wouldnt clear his bank.... go figure.... i am on my way to ic3.gov to report this and its gonna hurt my feelings to buy a 350 dollar plane ticket to fly out there and get me 275 worth of ***

I'm just going to say good luck on trying to locate this guy... he's generally MIA for months at a time as well as moving addresses and jobs frequently.
I've known this guy for a few years, and I am surprised that this is currently happening...
A couple things that I do know for certain.
His Camaro and Truck are long gone.. the SLOW LS1 plate retired years ago.
The mid length headers, and all the parts of his camaro were also sold years ago.
He is semi active on NorCal-LSX, but few and far between...
Not sure whats going on, but I would be surprised if Scott is even the one behind this, and its not fraudulent... but thats just a lousy opinion.
Anyway, I hope it all gets resolved. I do not currently know his address, his job, or anything for that matter.

I am out $250 for the ls6 intake We need to make a list of everyone and how much we got ripped off, if we can make it over $1000 it becomes a felony and they sheriff in California will go pick his *** up otherwise they dont care and say go to ic3.gov well I want his *** in jail so lets make this list and I will submit it to the sheriff. Thanks

100 for me. opening a dispute with paypal. citing this thread as evidence, if you used paypal it may help if we all did the same. paypal is a large company and if they get enough claims they will get the authorities after them quicker than what we can, im sure.
