8.8 rear for sale
#4
Yes and yes. Heres a pic of my first one that is in my car presently and ran fine all year and heres a pic of one of the three housings I just completed. I made some improvements to the TQA bracket design for increased strength which you can see on the side of the bracket. My car is a 12 second ride and it had no trouble with the original design but I figured more reinforcment only makes a good thing better.

Its about 170lbs assembled. I either take a deposit on the backing plates until I receive yours or you can ship me yours and i will put them on. As far as power handling goes the 8.8 is stout. The local Mustang shop in town runs 9.80's in his Mustang on the same set up as I sell and hes run for ten years with not one single failure.

No warranty. That being said I am confident in the housings strength. I put a lot of time into this and ran one for a full year to ensure all was good and then improved the design even further for added "just in case" factor. I would love to offer warranty but was advised against it for obvious reasons by my Accountant and Lawyer. What can I say man if every dude out there was like me these things would have a lifetime backing but it aint like that so no warranty sorry.

I have yet to sell one so there is no one who can vouch for them... yet. What can I say someone has to be the first. The price is good especially considering the effort I put forth here. I have included sandblasting and painting and these are built on a jig. Heres a closeup pic of the weld on one of the tubes.

Well in fact my price is going up not down. These things are made very well on a jig and once they prove themsleves the only way I wil make any more is to raise the price. The first few guys are getting a lot for a little. I'm not trying to become the "cheap" guy but rather the guy who makes stuff that doesn't break. If I wanted to sell them cheap i would have to make them cheap and that doesn't interest me. If it doesn't fly so be it. This is my approach.

Does the price include shipping? They look really nice from the pics, but if i buy one and the first time i go to the track it breaks..... will you stand behind it? I know you cant warranty it but if the weld breaks or something like that, i would expect you to stand behind your work. Please dont take this wrong because you have a very nice looking product. I just will need a little assurance. Thank you
